Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns (take a moment to read this, it’s important!).

We want you to get it right the first time and absolutely love your order. That’s why all our garments include detailed measurements in the product description. They’re there on purpose so you can double-check your size before buying and avoid any post-purchase drama...

Still, if you need to make an exchange or a return, here’s what you should know:

You have 15 days from the moment you receive your order to request an exchange or return by email at magico24h@gmail.com You will be responsible for sending the item back to us.

Once we receive the product and check that it’s in perfect condition, we will refund the price of the product (shipping costs are not included).
The item must be returned unused, with all original tags attached and uncut, and in the same condition in which it was sent.

Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, and it must be sent with a tracking number (so everything stays under control).

Exchanges.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the new item.

Once we receive the product and confirm it’s in perfect condition, we’ll send out the replacement.

If you have any questions before purchasing, just ask us. We’d much rather help you beforehand than manage an exchange later.
